Brady Salisbury

Brady Salisbury is a long-time friend of Momentum Baseball. He is a Jackson, Kentucky native with a great love for baseball and is currently the General Manager of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Gastonia Baseball Club. He has worked as the Director of Analytics for Eastern Kentucky University Baseball for four years and the Lexington Legends of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball for one season.

Previous roles include Video Coordinator for the Detroit Tigers GCL rookie teams in Lakeland, Florida , Data/Video coordinator for the Burlington Sock Puppets; and Head Baseball Coach for the Jackson City, KY Independent HS Varsity team.

His extensive knowledge of data analysis and player development give him a unique perspective into how to make players better.  Not only is he well-versed in these matters, Brady has created his own scientific formulas to identify opportunities to succeed through the constructive use of data analysis. They are:

· A  prediction formula for baseball analysis known as “Salismetrics”.

· A new predictive model for strikeout %s called “THE” (True Hitting Efficiency)

· A predictive model for extra base hits and home runs called “GAP” (Generated Angular Power), which uses exit velocity and average launch angle.

We are beyond excited to have Brady on our team. Let’s Go!
